| At KKC Technologies we understand that not all Dental practices are the same. That is why we
have formed a specialized company dedicated to the Dental field. Whether you have an existing
computer system that doesn't seem quite right, are ready to go digital, or are simply looking to upgrade your
system, we can provide you with a detailed, step-by-step plan that illustrates the steps necessary to get you from
where you are today to where you want to be. The first step in this comprehensive approach is our FREE Technology
Assessment. |
| The Technology Assessment is generally delivered in three phases. |
Phase I |
| Phase I is focused on gathering information. KKC Technologies will send one of our managers to
your practice for precisely this purpose. During this visit all the relevant information regarding any existing
computers, network, Internet access, email, security, camera integration, x-ray integration, etc., will be captured
and recorded. A given practice may have all, some, or none of the above-mentioned technology. In all cases this
information gathering step is supported by a detailed conversation with the doctor to capture the vision for the
practice ultimately answering the question “…where do you want to be…” This information is
then brought back to our technology center for detailed analysis. |
Phase II |
| Phase II is focused largely on the analysis and ultimate recommendations for the practice. Our
team of System Architects and Specialists analyze the captured information and, based upon specialized knowledge
and experience, put together a comprehensive plan that clearly illustrates the steps and associated costs necessary
to transition the practice from where you are today to where the practice needs to be from a technology
perspective. |
| Technology Assessment Deliverables: |
- A comprehensive report detailing your current computer system
- A supporting project plan that clearly illustrates, step-by-step what changes we might
recommend to benefit the practice.
- This plan includes time estimates.
- A supporting equipment list that clearly illustrates any hardware & software that may be
necessary to execute the plan.
- A proposal that brings all of the recommendations together to clearly identify the cost of
executing the plan.
|
Phase III |
| Phase three is the delivery of the plan. This meeting can typically be delivered in an hour or
less, depending on the size and complexity of the office. From this point we can collectively decide what if any
next steps might be appropriate. |
